Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for products without customization.
No returns are accepted on customized products due to their unique nature, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Return Process for Products Without Customization:
If you wish to return a product without customization, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at returns@craftforgedesigns.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on where to send the return
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refund and Exchange Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
For approved refunds, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive the amount within a reasonable time frame.
If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new product to you as soon as the return is processed.
